Experience and connection

Experience matters. The relationship does too.

I have worked across therapeutic, recovery, health, youth and community settings for more than three decades. That breadth gives me experience to draw on, but good support is not only about qualifications or years in practice. It is also about feeling listened to, respected and able to work at a pace that feels manageable.

How I want the work to feel

Thoughtful enough to make sense of what is happening. Practical enough to help something shift.

Approachable

A professional relationship where you can speak openly without feeling that you have to present things perfectly.

Collaborative

We work together to understand what matters and decide what may be useful, rather than following a fixed formula.

Realistic

The work needs to make sense in the context of your actual life, not only within the therapy or coaching session.

My approach

Flexible, practical
and shaped around you

Everyone's story is different. My role is to understand what you're experiencing, explore what may be keeping things difficult, and work with you to find what helps.

I draw on a range of therapeutic and coaching skills to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful and tailored to you.

We work at a pace that feels right, focusing on insight, practical change and the steps you choose to take.

My aim is to create a space where you feel heard and supported, and where meaningful change can happen.
