WWUK SERVICES
You may already know the kind of support you are looking for, or you may simply know that something needs to change. Explore each service and see what feels most relevant to you.
WHEN YOU ARE NOT QUITE SURE WHERE TO BEGIN
You may already know what you want support with, or it may be harder to put into words.
You might be noticing anxiety, the effects of difficult experiences, stress, recovery, changes in relationships or work, or patterns that keep repeating even when you understand them.
You do not need to decide which therapy or approach is right before you begin. I can begin with what is happening now, what feels difficult, and what you would like to be different.
Thoughts, feelings, physical reactions, habits or situations that have become difficult to manage.
Past experiences, stress, patterns, beliefs, relationships, environment or ways of coping that once made sense but may not be helping in the same way now.
More understanding, steadiness, choice, confidence or a different way of responding in everyday life.

We can start there.
A free 30 to 40 minute discovery call gives you space to talk through what is happening, ask questions and get a clearer sense of what kind of support may be most useful.
You do not need to know which service or approach is right before you contact me. We can start with what has been happening, what feels difficult at the moment and what you would like to be different.
The call is also an opportunity to ask about how I work, the different types of support available and whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
There is no charge and no obligation to continue. You do not need to make a decision during the call.
Begin with whatever feels most important or relevant right now.
