WWuk Reiki Treatment & Reiki Academy Booking Policy Terms & Conditions & Cancellations

Reiki Treatment Policy & Agreement:

Full payment of treatment cost is required at the time of booking. Upon the receipt of the deposit, you will receive confirmation of your booking via text or email. 

As a courtesy, and to avoid cancellation fees, at least 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

  • Less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. 

  • Failure to show up for your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee.

Payments are non-refundable but appointments can be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Reiki Academy Policy & Agreement

  1. Reservation Options: You may reserve your spot for a course/event via our websitewww.wellnesswithin.uk, or  book a Discovery call with reiki Master Teacher Niki Baggs to discuss course in more detail, prior to booking. 

  2. Confirmation of Booking: Your place in on a Reiki course/event is secured upon receipt of the relevant deposit by WWuk Usui Reiki Academy. Please note that the reservation will only be finalised upon clearance of funds and if delayed payment the requested course date may change, dependant on availability.

  3. Payment Methods: Deposits can be made through various methods including direct bank transfer (details provided in invoice), PayPal, or cash in person upon agreement with Niki direct. Upon deposit payment, a confirmation email including this Booking Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy will be sent.

  4. Consultation: Upon booking, students will have the opportunity for a telephone consultation with Niki Baggs (RMT) to address any inquiries and ensure comfort with the mentorship. If a decision to not proceed is made within 24 hours of the consultation, a refund will be issued minus processing fees. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances.

  5. Course Itinerary: Students will receive a detailed itinerary of the course, event or workshop before its commencement. Full balance payment is due at least two weeks prior to  start date and full access of course resources will not be issued until payment of balance is cleared. It is the student's responsibility to maintain updated contact details by contacting Niki Baggs via email at info@wellnesswithin.uk

  6. Advanced Training Course Requirements: For students starting at an advanced training course, documentation of an approved lineage, previous certification, and relevant professional development documentation are required. This information is kept confidential and used solely for regulatory purposes.

  7. Course Structure Changes: Please visit www.wellnesswithin.uk to review any changes in the structure of our courses aligned with the Core Curriculum for Reiki, especially if refreshing or joining a course after significant time has passed since the changes.

  8. Payment Flexibility: Payment instalment options are available upon request, with the full balance settled before itinerary and access to resources are issued.

  9. Financial Hardship: Students experiencing financial difficulties may arrange a credit agreement after the course at the discretion of Niki Baggs. This option requires a non-refundable deposit and is subject to individual circumstances. An application for financial assistance through Wellness Within.uk Pay-it Forward scheme can be requested .

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  1. Acknowledging Life's Interruptions: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and certain conditions have been established by wellness within.uk to manage cancellations effectively (request directly @info@wellnesswithin.uk for no fee cancellation criteria.

  2. Deposit Policy: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the no fee cancellationcriteria (such as bereavement). This is subject to discretion by WWuk Usui Reiki Academy.

  3. Refund Conditions: A full refund, less fees, may be issued if the reserved spot can be filled in a timely manner. An admin fee may apply.

  4. Illness-Related Cancellations: In case of cancellation due to infectious illness, students are expected to reschedule at a safe time, with early notification appreciated.

  5. Communication of Changes: Students are expected to notify WWuk Usui Reiki Academy promptly of any changes or non-attendance.

  6. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notification may result in liability for the full course cost.

  7. Course Cancellation by WWuk Usui Reiki Academy: In the unlikely event of course cancellation, refunds or transfers will be arranged promptly. Flexible arrangements are made considering unforeseeable circumstances.

  8. Ethical Conduct: Students are expected to adhere to ethical codes of conduct, with potential consequences for breaches, as outlined in the Safeguarding protocols.

  9. Property Photography Prohibition: Photography on private property is prohibited without prior consent.

  10. Data Protection: All participants are required to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical expectations as per the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Course Materials

  1. Copyright Compliance: Our course materials are copyrighted and must not be reproduced without express written permission. 

  2. Insurance Requirement: Valid insurance is necessary for professional practice, with further modules required for regulatory body membership.
