Our Mindful Coaches

Niki & Lisa, are mindful coaches at WWuk, collectively they bring a wealth of experience  from years of dedicated work within community-based addiction services and within their private practices. They have had the privilege of supporting countless individuals and  loved ones along the journey to recovery.

With a profound belief in the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation, Niki & Lisa advocate for MBRP to be integrate into every individual's recovery toolkit. They understand that these practices offer invaluable support not only to those in recovery but also to the loved ones who walk alongside them on their path.

Meet Niki

Niki, founder and director wellness within.uk, has been involved with healing modalities of mind, body and spirit for over 28 years, providing a peaceful platform, where people of all backgrounds can come to experience new beginnings through coaching, meditation, mindfulness and energy healing. 

Meet Lisa

Lisa is a truly empathetic mindfulness & meditation teacher, based in Edinburgh. Practising for over 15 years and teaching in Scotland and internationally the last 5 years, Lisa combines her career as a Life Coach and Recovery counsellor to compassionately support others to reach balance in their futures.

Be Invested

For you to get the most from the programme you will need to commit to full engagement in 121 sessions along with consistent daily practice. This is vital for integrating mindfulness techniques and related skills into your daily routine. Throughout the 8 sessions, we practice the daily mindfulness skills , so that you can build your confidence in using them.

Pre-recorded meditations are available from your mindful coach & of course you can use other platforms as an option to support your daily practice, although we encourage you to remain focused on the goals you set during your sessions and not run ahead

Choice is Power

Over the years, we've worked with diverse populations, including those court-mandated or "voluntold" into our Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) programmes. However, this sometimes affects the honesty and openness crucial to MBRP's effectiveness and can deter participants from returning after a lapse. We aim to create an environment where discussing lapses is welcomed, fostering acceptance and support while encouraging participants to observe their reactions without judgment and embrace the practice of beginning again.

x8 (1 hour online sessions) tailor made Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention sessions that can be booked within a       6 months period, giving you ultimate flexibility to learn at your own pace


MBRP Additional Sessions

£45.00  

x1 (1 hour online session)  to  refresh  or adapt your mindfulness practice as life changes & flexibility in booking with no ongoing commitment required.
